several types of tools and techniques available in the market place. With respect to this, every
business firm wants to use and adopt smart digital tools at their workplace so that they will
significantly produce better quality of products for the customers. Generally, digital tools and
applications can be used by the company for promoting their services at the global level.(Giesen
and et. al., 2010) Therefore, this report is based on Azimo organization which is a small business
firm that provides money transferable services to customers. In this assignment, it will identify
the actual impacts of digital tools on small business firm. Further, appropriate research will be
conducted for examining the actual market trends and situation. (Hill, Jones and Schilling, 2014)

so that they can significantly provide better quality of services to clients as per their requirements
and orders(Veit and et. al., 2014). Basically, digitalisation has large impact on small business
firm either positive or negative way. Due to this, it is needed to be analysed and evaluate the
actual impacts of digitalisation on the small organisations through appropriate methods and
techniques. Therefore, as stated above, this report is based on Azimo company which is dealing
with money transferable services. Due to this, here will be determined and identified its effects
on business. (Giordano and Fulli, 2012)
Aim: To examine the impacts of digital tools on the performance of Azimo
Objectives: In this report, the effects of digitalisation on the small business have been
effectively determined. There has been chosen Azimo organisation that supply money
transferable services and facilities to customers within minimum time period. Therefore,
employers of this firm focus on using smart digital tools and techniques within the organisation

organisation because it assists in managing and handling all business activities and operations.
(Smith, Binns and Tushman, 2010) With the help of management, employers will systematically
allocate work to staff members as per their skills and capabilities so that they will effectively
perform their tasks within better quality. While employees are working in the proper
management environment so that respectively increase the working performance and quality of
employees. Furthermore, appropriate management plan aids in increasing sales and profit level
of the business firm. This will support in building an effective brand image in the market. Apart

Hence, it is necessary to develop effective management plan for Azimo company so that its

source, while researcher use this mode for collecting information then it can be consider

The researcher is facing various issues and problems while he was executing different
business operations. The investigator should formulate plans and policies in order to design time
frames in which all the activities had to be carried out in effective and planned manner. This is
an important and vital factor for all the persons who are involved in the business operations in
order to carry out business operations according to the plans. While carrying out the research
operations the researcher had faced issues such as time period for conducting business activities
was very less there was insufficient amount of funds in order to perform the business operations
