London. Main function of this organisation is to provide consultancy related to re-engineering
business process to SMEs all over London. Mario Bindas who is the CEO of this company is
carrying around 22 talented consultants along with investigators. Assignment is going to include
different things like project's aims and objectives. Investigator will also conduct a research where
he/she is going to use quantitative & qualitative methods. In last, the following report will enlist
Gantt chart and data analysis on collected information that will help in hitting targets.

requirements. Continental Consulting Limited whose main operation is to help SMEs can make
determinations and help them in re-engineering business process. Company have chosen a
specific technology i.e. social media and mobile technology to communicate with its clients and
build-up relationships with them. Both of these factors (social media and mobile technology) are
said to be as resources for Continental Consulting Limited which plays a crucial role in order to

majorly develops a project management plan where it is required for him/her to keep an eye on

where I faced money problems and at some areas as well like at the time of collecting data which

specific goals and objectives. In order to meet research objectives, I have adopt various
managerial skills to bring collaboration among team-members. Through cooperation of them, I
have become able to complete each activity on time. But the major complexity I have faced in
accomplishment of project's objectives is inadequate amount of funds and other resources. Due
to this factor, various problems are arise in investigation process. But, with effective strategies, I
have got success in completing the project successfully.
