business research has been accomplished by scholar to explore the impact of digital technology
in to business operations. With continuous development in technologies, there are many small
business enterprise who has applied new promotional methods and techniques in their business
operations like production, marketing and selling there products and service (Mammen and et.al.,
2016). This report provides understanding about the impact of digital-technology on business
activities of cafe portraits which is small business enterprise and achieved a continuous success
in business operations through application of new and innovative digital-technology methods to
enhance their business earning. Application of this technology has created a positive influence
on business operations Cafe Portraits which is well known coffee brand in UK (Médici and

positive impact could be made at workplace that are related with digital technology. There are
several types of methods are applied in the business to accomplish their desired results. In
addition to this growth and innovation will be created at workplace that signifies for attain major
results at workplace. Hence, valid research will be develop that frame goals and objectives in a
systematic manner.

Collection of the data: In respect to collect data, there are two methods such as primary
and secondary. In order to collect primary information researcher design questionnaire in which
they are taking views and outcomes for the effective results at workplace. It is the creative aspect
that assists to meet with goals and objectives at workplace (Médici and Allen, 2016). In the
systematic process, secondary data also gather through article, newspapers, magazines, etc.
These all secondary tools assists to create effective functioning at workplace for analysis proper

From the above research project I analysed that there it is important for the researcher to
select topic on which research can be concocted. Further it is important to break down the
research aim into smaller objectives so that entire research can be completed in effective manner.

activities can be completed on time. Further it can be stated to collect the primary information
survey can be conducted as it help in collecting specific information related to the project. There
are different types of questionnaire which can be prepared which help in carrying out the entire
study in the successful manner. I understood the way of making themes and charts on the basis of
which interpretation required to be done. Therefore, qualitative techniques support the finding of
the research for obtaining valid outcome.
It was also effectively analysed that development of themes as well as graphs requires to
provide relevent interpretation of data. Qualitative research techniques will be more effective to
