Therefore, thisreport underpins aims and objectives of cloud technology project and project management planto carry out entire project details. In addition it also covers work breakdown structure and Ganttchart that supports to manage project tasks in an efficient way. Further, it also incorporatesresearch methods and findings along with recommendations and reflection (Drucker, 2012). TASK 1P1. There are various cloud technologies that can be adopted to increase performance andproductivity of the firm through encouraging flexibility.
