 Muda: This consist waste full waiting at the time of products are
not moving or being processed.
 Muri: It includes Overloading situation of assets or employees and
over production of items when it is not needed.
 Mura: Developing irregularity, gyrating schedule not caused by end
consumer demand but rather by production system.
Stage 2, The cake creation

 Preparing the decorations including order of sugar paste while
fruitcakes consumes 3 months for maturing.
 Making combination of perishable goods and purchasing raw material
in bulk.
 Preparing photographing decorations and send to take approval of
customer.
 Allow brides to view decorations.
 Conduct proper storage of flowers.
 Source marzipan and icing.
 Source final essential accessories including cake boards.

 Buy all ingredient which are required for specific orders only.
 Purchase or prepare decorations before completing the cake.
 Brides are allowed to come for viewing decorations and confirm
their photographs as well.

decreasing box space.
