Executive Summary:
Employee voice is a source and it is used to capture several forms of practice which gives the
workers a view at work. All these processes and structure under employee voice enables and
also empower the workers directly as well as indirectly to contribute in their method of
decision making within the business. This report will highlight the two forms of employee
voice; one which is the example of representative participation and the other will be the
example of direct involvement of the employees. The report will look at some specific
practice of each forms of the means of employee voice and analyze their strength and
weaknesses that would impose an impact on the value of their employees. The report thus,
will show the employee voice mechanism which is more preferable by the workers and that is
the direct participation method, since it gives them bigger scope and opportunity to express
their voice to the higher authorities unlike that of the representative participation method.
