INTRODUCTIONIn operation management plan, there are several elements included that assist to considerirrespective elements in operations. It consists of planning, organising, staffing, monitoring,controlling and motivating. Therefore, it creates a significant impact on the overall results ofenterprise. Furthermore, it considers optimum utilisation of resources that increase enormousprofitability with employee’s efforts and usage of raw material (Coelho, Renau and Laporte,2016). In this context, present study is based on Tesco which is a successful retail sectorbusiness of UK. They also deal in several kinds of products and services which help to attain thedesired work performance in business. For gaining insight information of the present report, it covers operational plan andsuccessful team that is considered as a successful team. Furthermore, it includes contingencyplan and steps with specific activities. In addition to this, internal suppliers are also included thatconsider the relationship with costs to build effective results. Moreover, there are two factorsconsidered that highly impacts the budget available for business. ACTIVITY 1A. Operational plan and implement example that how successful team consider in itOperational plan can be classified with components in the enterprise that define particularactions. It creates proper support with strategic objectives and plans of upper management. Inorder to effectually understand the operational plans, it can be stated that overall planningprocess also considered in Tesco. Furthermore, a successful team is developed in several ways.For instance: establishment of clearly defined team goals, develop plan for action, assessment ofroles and responsibilities, measurement and monitor progress, etc. (Srivastava, Chaudhuri andSrivastava, 2015). All these ways help to make a successful team with using operational plan (6keys to an effective and successful team, 2018). Project lifespan, sustainability and exit strategy: In order to consider a new project,Tesco adopted restoring community allotment in Holyhead. Therefore, they created newpaths around the plots and dedicated to develop significant advantages. In thisconsideration, a large amount of fund is considered on site to develop significant results.Around 20 weeks are required for the chosen company to complete their project in asuccessful way. Sustainability of this project is developed to help the children, elderly1

and disabled users who regularly enjoy the site. However, if the project is not workingeffectively on planning stage, it is difficult to rectify afterwards. Hence, exit strategy is aprocess which follow in all project life cycle, preliminary exit plan drafted together withpartner that defined in the project successfully (del Alonso-Almeida and Llach, 2015). Financial resources requirements: In order to implement financial resources, it isrequired for Tesco to arrange amount from different methods. Total £1200.00 requires tothe company which they can use from own fund requirement. As a resuls, investmentassists to develop more significant advantages. Human resource requirements: Human resource requirement play important role in thebusiness in which more than 5 years of experience needed. In this consideration, severalnumbers of people around 25 required who have skills of IT, marketing, humanresources, production, accounting etc. Risk assessment: In order to consider project risk assessment, manager of Tesco needs toidentify risks meet with the plan team. In this way, different categories, priorities andmitigation towards these risks are identified. It determines quantitative and qualitativevalue that is related with the risk to concrete situation. It also recognised threat whichinvolve the measurement of probability (Gallino and Moreno, 2014). B. Ways to communicate consultation processesIn order to determines effective communication, it can be stated that consultation processhelps in achievement of successful results.
