It offers so many services such as agencies, travel, hotels, cruise, airline, ships and so many retail stores. Company has been globally served their services. TUI group has provided and serve so many services to their customers such as it operates the group-owned the income agencies and hold the interest in the incoming agencies almost all the countries of their relevance of the tourism and travel market. It offers broad range of the services which includes excursions, transfers and round trips which contribute in the quality assurance in so many destinations. DISCUSSION Identifying the company is using the MIS and its components and tools for marketing. Management information system is basically study of the technology, people, organization and also the relationship among the employees in the TUI. Management information system. The professional of the MIS helps the organization for maximizing the benefits and revenues from the investment and in the personnel, equipment and also the process of the business. In this the employees are oriented the field with the emphasis on the services through so many technologies of the TUI.The positive aspects for the TUI from MIS is it minimize the information which is overloaded because
it changes the larger amount of the data for summarizing and avoiding the confusion which has been arises when the managers of theTUI have all the information and data with the detailed facts and on the other hand the negative aspect for TUI of the MIS isthe budgeting of the MIS is too much difficult because it is expensive and only afford on the basis of the profit of the TUI(Laudon, and Laudon, 2015). It also helps in the communication of the people and in their decision-making process. From continues monitoring of the system and procedure from which the changing in the environment has been regularly viewed (Chaulagai, and et.al., 2017). The management transformation system is effective and sometimes not effective because of changes in the concept of the TUI and day by day increasing the demand of the customers and it is effective because MIS encourages the decentralization of the authority which is possibly when there is a system of the monitoring the operations at so much lower level. It is successful because it is used in measuring the performance and also making the necessary changes in the TUI procedures and plans and on the other
hand it is not effective in so many situation such as the quality of the outputs for the TUI which governed by the quality of the inputs and also there are so many lack of flexibility for updating itself in the TUI (Gorry and Scott Morton, 2019).
