INTRODUCTION
The focus of marketing industry is to communicate with the companies to offer and advertise
their products for sale. The main reason of doing this assignment is to find my suitability and
flexibility to the marketing industry, With the help Gibbs reflection model I will analyse the
skills which are required in marketing industry. I will compare my skills, attributes with this
marketing industry. A process which is used to guide personal improvement is termed as
reflection. I found some professional marketing agent, they include communication skills,
interpersonal skills, leadership skills, data analysis skills.(Adeani, Febriani and Syafryadin 2020)
MAIN BODY
Gibbs model of reflection
Gibbs model of reflection is famous cyclic reflection model, that is first introduced by
Graham Gibbs in the year 1988, it tells about learning from experience or exploration, this model
includes 6 stages of experience that is description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion,
action.
With the reference of Gibbs model it tells that we should have to learn about experience,
give effective reflect on incidents. For the marketing assignment I have to complete all the six
stages of Gibbs reflective model, I have to come up with marketing ideas and strategies to create
a sustainable report on marketing industry. When this assignment is given to me I had a feeling
of confident, excitement to arrange a good report, I was looking forward to completing it
gracefully, the assignment was about marketing industry how businesses uses marketing skills to
increase their stocks and revenues, my role in this assignment was to analyse all the demand and
supply model of market, consumer desires, political and economical environment. The feeling of
getting response is always better, with this I was able to find all the strategies and techniques that
are used in marketing industry.(Ahamat 2019)
During the analysis of the marketing industry, I was thinking about enhancing my level
of research that will help me to figure out market related things easily. Good thing about
experience was that I had been able to find all the strategies and techniques used in marketing
industry, bad thing was that I faced a lot of problems in comparison with other business. Lectures
and notes on this assignment helped me a lot to work on it, knowledge gained from this
assignment is the factors and conditions required for the development of marketing industry.
