INTRODUCTION
Marketing is the selling term which is used by management in order to run a business and
increase profitability. The manager of business organization should adopted different types of
planning and strategy that can uses to attracts the people and encourage them to buy the products
and services. Marketing is the study and knowledge of market where people are living and they
have different demand and needs regarding products and services. The manager of organization
is playing important role as analysis the market, conduct market research and gather number of
information so productivity and profitability can be maintain effectively. This also helps to create
a good relationships between people and employer by maintaining proper communication and
satisfying them by providing different types of product.

ORGANISATION CURRENT SITUATION
Walmart is American multinational food retailing corporation that was established in 1962 by
Sam Walton for the purpose of providing different types of products. This is larger size
organization that is operating business at large place and maintaining good performance in
competitive market. This organization is selling the product at best retail processes that attracts
people and encourage them to buy the products and services. Current such organization is facing
problems of lack of customers due to having competitor in market and lack of marketing plan
that can help to inform people. Therefore, a strong strategy and marketing plan is prepared by
management that helps to attain the business goals in certain period of time. From the research
analysis and secondary collected data it has defined that manage should make plan and strategy
in order to grow the organization and capture high market share. The main object of organization
is to attracts large number of customers by informing, strategy and marketing plan that influence
people to buy products and services.

SHARE Marketing mix refers as set of action, strategy, tactics and planning that uses
to promote the products and services. This is the simplest form of
organization which is used to attracts and providing different types product

competitive market and increases growth as well as market share. In other
words, marketing mix is all about putting the right product at right place, at
right time so competitive benefits can be take by organization in order to
