The paper explores into details various set marketing strategies and plans which an organization or any profit making institution needs to focus on in order to maximize its sales and building good relations with the market, following competition in the current market. The management of SBS,an online streaming service which provides free access to selectedmovies and TV shows, has to focus on the various marketing strategies and plans in marketing its services so as to outdo its competitors in the current world`s competitive market offering the same services as they do so as to realize high profits and good company`s name when rated by the customers.
