It wasis founded by Sir Michael MarksThomas Spencer. The organization is specialiseds in selling clothsing, home products, and fooditems. The mission of the Marks and Spencer organization is to make inspirational quality of theproducts which are easily accessible to their customers. The value statement of this organizationis to provide the best Quality, trust, Service and innovation to their clients. The marketingorientation of the company is to find out the customer hidden requirements and the willingnessof the conduction of effective market research and survey activities (Brady, 2014). It helps thecompany in planning the structure of the delivery process for the customers.
