INTRODUCTION
In the World of marketing there is drastic change in the business environment because
through extensive use of technology & internet , the concept of digital marketing came into light.
As both these tools are important elements of marketing strategy. The organisation that was
selected in this project is Debenhams. It is most famous multinational retailer who operate their
business under the format of department store. The brand also has franchise stores in different
location of the countries. It was established in the year 1778 . The total revenue of the company
is £10.4b as well as the gross profit margin of the organisation is £3.8b. There are eighty four
thousand six hundred and twenty one staff members are involve in the company. In this project
discussion regarding various topics are done (Fox, 2018). Definition or concept of marketing,
communication mix, marketing mix, digital marketing as well as social marketing are explain
under the report. why digital Social media and digital marketing are crucial to contemporary
business are explain in detail in this project. And in the second part of the file, 2 appropriate
examples of social media content are given which reach works and also justification are given
regarding it under this report.
