The stakeholder analysis process is required to identify the stakeholders, select them based on project requirements as well as determine strategies to engage them in the project plan. The project is included commissioning of the environmental study by the experts so that they can manage the environment throughout the project plan. Environmental committee is created to review the environmental activities. This report also provides with implementation of communication plan specific to the project stakeholders. Communication is done to protect the environment as well as plan to for the environmental protection. There is additional cost to be implemented into the project budget to review the project work. This construction plan can provide analysis on the growth of local residents as well as strategies which are place to boost them to reside into the community centre.
