organization. During covid19, the company is providing its employees with online training and
development courses for new employees (Padma, and et.al., 2021). In relation to this, it is done
in the form of e-learning and coaching so that employees can improve their communication and
leadership skills.

In the context of the Marriot Hotel management, their executives and the managers will
concentrates on enhancing the remuneration packages and offering them high set of incentives
and the bonuses. They provide an appropriate training to make employees feel motivated and
improve their potential or working style in the business of management. Marriot’s managers are
creating an environment such as taking part in decision- making and innovation, developing
employee engagement plans and getting bonuses and rewards. As because such sort of the
