INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is an essential part of the business of management that
aims to manage the individuals working in the company. In today's highly competitive
managerial environment, the requirements and desires of customers frequently change, so it is
very important for companies to follow human resource management practices in their
operations. It is defined as the process of recruiting and selecting the best candidates, providing
them with training and development, measuring their performance and then managing employee
compensation and benefits (Hsu, and et.al., 2021). The management consider in this report is
Marriot Hotel. The following report covers the HR profession, making reference to the current
CIPD Profession Map. On the other side, it will involves the organisational objectives with
resourcing activities like planning, recurring and selection in the business of management.

CIPD Profession Map will set their international benchmarks for people’s professions.
The company utilise it to create effective and efficient terms of decisions and present their task

By using profession Map it will allows the management of Marriot Hotel to build their
professional credibility high as because they prove to other organization that they can take their
professional skills seriously and stay up to date by aligning with the new and future- oriented
map of their professional management in the company.
The CIPD Profession Map is termed as a set of interactive standards that are used to
guide human resources workers so that they will always develop and enhance the world of work.
The basic and main purpose of the Profession map is to help them in a shared professional course
throughout the business of management (Chen, and et.al., 2021). Hence, the employees in the

management to recruitment and selection, as this is relevant for both experienced graduates and
recent graduates. As the business of management will provides equal opportunities for all
employees. HR are using social media recruitment strategies to attract and have impact on the
new employees towards their brand. After it they provide compensation and benefits during the
pandemic so that employees can motivate themselves and work more effectively in the
organization. During covid19, the company is providing its employees with online training and
development courses for new employees (Padma, and et.al., 2021). In relation to this, it is done
in the form of e-learning and coaching so that employees can improve their communication and
leadership skills.
