started this massage by massaging sides of client head with three fingers with a

stroking his hairs. It helps in stimulating nerves and blood vessels which help
muscles to relax and tension around head get reduced. I continued giving tis
massage to client for 10 minutes then after 10 minutes I massaged five main
points of head in circular motion for fie sections each and then moved towards
neck. I used by thumb to move my mand downwards towards neck from centre

After massaging neck slowly, I started massing blades of shoulder (scapula) of

order to relax shoulder muscles for about five minutes. After five minutes of this
massage, I started moving my hand towards rhomboids and started kneading
rhomboids in circular motion. I finished this head and shoulder massage by
massaging whole head neck and shoulder with my palm for approximately three
time. This whole massage lasted for about 25 to 30 minutes.
BACK MASSAGE
I started this massage by spreading oil all over back of client. And massaged his
back with my palm by moving my hands in circular stroking movement. I moved
my hand from top of the back to his lower back circularly using palm for three to
four times. I glided my palm upwards in long direction. Then I started massaging
my clients back from bottom of his back and moved my hands slowly towards
top of his back applying gentle pressure and again brought my hands down
gently and slowly. I repeated this technique for about 5 minutes. In this I applied
pressure while moving upwards (blood flow direction) but did not apply any kind
of pressure when I moved my hands down. Then I used Petrissage technique in
which short circular strokes were done applying more pressure. It is a kind of
technique in which rolling and pressuring is done in shorter area in deep
circulation. This movement was started from sides and was done for about 5
minutes on both the sides of his back. When client was comfortable with this
massage I repeated this whole massage for about 10 minutes and ended with
smoothening his back.
POSTERIOR LEGS MASSAGE
First of all, I covered whole back of client with towel and then applied oil to his
left leg and used effleurages technique to massage his leg by applying a bit of
pressure to leg. I used those technique to hamstring of his left leg and
massaged his leg using both my hand for about 5 minutes. I used my hands to
massage his leg in circular movements. Then I moved my hand in circular
strokes by double hand picking to the back of his leg till knee. I ended up by
sliding my thumb through calf muscles of his leg to relax his leg.
I repeated this same massage method on his right posterior leg as well
ANTERIOR LEGS MASSAGE

his quadriceps. Then I repeated my effleurage movement and massaged his
lower leg for about 3 minutes. Then I slowly moved my hand towards his foot and
pulled his leg figures slowly. Lastly, I ended up applying some pressure and
