waterfall model in which, the project work is done phase by phase and without the output of one

numbers of reasons. The main reasons include diverse work cultures among those involved in
project, clash of interests, different targets and others. However, it is also important to manage
these issues so that they cannot grow into very large issues that can increase complications in the
project. Issues arise directly from the risks that are not addressed at appropriate times. However,
once the issues arise, it is important for the project management team to take appropriate
measures to ensure they are resolved before impacting the project.
