INTRODUCTION
Quality is one thing that customers are attracted towards the products or services that are
offered by any shop. Also, the present report is based on The Cupping Room coffee shop that is
located in Australia and is known for selling bests quality coffee to its customers. Lastly, the
report will also analyse the criteria that is followed by the quoted firm in terms of delivering the
quality coffee drinks in its outlets to its various customers.
MAIN BODY
Coffee is the most used products among all age groups and is widely available in almost
all parts of the world. Also, there are various factors that are responsible for deciding the quality
of the products. Moreover, these factors are closely analysed by the coffee owner so that best
quality of products might be sold and also higher revenues might be generated for the future.
Furthermore, according to Li, Ou and Pan, (2021) quality is standard of something that is
measured against some things that seems to be similar kind. Also, in the current era if the coffees
sold in the coffee shops is not according to the set (quality) than people would switch to other
options that are available in the market where the quality of coffee is given prime importance.
Moreover, Rawat, Gupta and Juneja, (2018) stated that quality for the coffee comes from its
freshness and taste for which people are ready to even little higher prices for it. Also, the quality
of coffee is determined through its flavour which includes the essence of its aroma, acidity,
sweetness and after-taste. Moreover, the smell of freshly ground coffee is the good sign that
quality of the coffee is of supreme quality and hence it is not having any kind of coffee bean that
is defected or not having the good taste.
However, Liebminger and et.al., (2021) argued that is not only the factors that determines
whether the quality of the coffee is good or not but also there is the user testing procedure that
helps people to differentiate between the various qualities of coffee. Also, for the product like
coffee certain criteria for measuring the quality of coffee would be durability which means how
much the customer is getting benefited from the particular product before it started loosing its
quality. Thus, it means that for how long the coffee beans would be able to remain in their
original form without loosing their features. Also, in coffees shop the coffee is determined
through the criteria of compliance with the standards. Further, under these criteria certain
predications are made to analyse the success of product in the future. For instance : If the sales of
the product are falling in The Cupping Room than it might be due to poor compliance that
