INTRODUCTION
Success can be measured with the help of some of the most common instruments such as job
title, wealth and happiness. But after evaluation of success, it is also important to measure the
success in right way because it indicates how an individual spent their time and effort while
completing the task (Agarwal, V., 2018). If the success cannot be measured in true terms then
one can never work towards their achievement. This report is about the Land securities which is
a property company in United Kingdom. In this study, business report will be prepared which
helps to evaluate performance of Soulful Confection from stakeholders’ perception with the help
of application of various performance management tools.

Triple bottom line
Triple bottom line is a transformational structure for businesses and other organizations to assist
them to shift towards a regenerative and more sustainable future. The arrangement referred to as
the three P’s i.e. People, Prosperity and Planet (Pivo, G., 2017). In this approach it has been
clearly identified that if an organization only focused on profit margin and ignore people and the

People: In context of Land securities, company fulfils customer relationship management
programmes in order to manage their relationship with its customers. Consumer visits are
considered as the part of their reporting process. Organization uses the ways in which it
