INTRODUCTION
Communication is termed as integral part for medical practitioner as the medium to have
establishment over communication with patients. The establishment of effective communication
will have positive impact over quality of healthcare output. There is direct impact of
communication in health and satisfaction of patient as it doesn't only benefit patients but also
health care providers in aspects of job satisfaction and healthcare settings. In this repost, there
will be more exploration over effective communication along with its respective barriers such as
physical, linguistic, culture and different perception which is having relationship and effects over
health care practices. There will also be finding related to improvement in effective
communication in terms of health care settings.
MAIN BODY
In Britain there is existence of state funded system which is being termed as NHS that is
national health service which have the guarantee care for over all development. It has been said
as the there is existence of everything which relates to ambulance rides along with existence of
emergency rooms to long term hospital stays. There is also the inclusion of complex surgery,
radiation and the chemotherapy as they are paid from the payroll taxes. Being a career worker
working in the mental health department, I have identified that the establishment of proper
communication system is termed as important part for development of patient. Communication is
termed as imparting or exchanging of information which helps in protecting patients from
potential harm which are raised due to certain level of misunderstanding. The lack of
communication will make the medical practitioner giving wrong medication or making patient
by taking incorrect dose with right one. There is no existence of medical practitioner with having
poor communication as every one cannot be good communicator at all period. The medical
practitioner have to introduce themselves as people who will fulfil the patients social and
emotional need and never leave them dehumanized which can be explanation for huge beneficial
effects. Nursing is the high load professions and fostering the nurse patients which have
difficulty in maintaining relationships. As there is communication development of health care
there is more presence of more issues in handling any particular data as compare too before. The
lack of communication along with omissions and critical mistakes of not checking medical
records turns to be very expensive.

There are certain level of barriers in effective communication in nursing practice are such
as linguistic, culture, physical environmental, psychological along with social barriers. The
further discussion on physical environment as it makes huge difference in successful
communication. A presence of distracting environment will not help stress of patient but the
steps on sample acts make big difference for having improvement over surroundings. Being a
health practitioner will make more hectic day of practitioner to its patient. The solution to such
disturbing environment can be reduced with closing doors for keeping noise coming from
outside at minimal level. The medical practitioner have the keen responsibility to provide safe
and comfortable environment for facilitation of contributive communication. The next is about
the psychological barriers which have inclusion of factors such as obesity, sexuality, disease. The
factor more including here are anxiety and stress which makes conversation more delicate. This
leads to have exhausting emotional situations, On other hand patient is in vulnerable state in
which anxiety, stress and weakness in the common level of heart pounding. As to overcome such
barriers the nurses are demanded to develop a strong manner to bedside as it encompasses
sensitivity, dedications and empathy. This also fosters good communication which helps in
building trust and confidence. The next Barrier is all about social along with cultural barriers
for which awareness is turning out to be key. According to research that through developing the
question with regard to patient culture and religion will make feel values. It has been identified
that nurses perceived barriers to effective nurse client communication as development sufficient
knowledge about patient culture, language and customer helps in establishment
communication more clearly and properly it can be possible to overcome such barriers of
communication as small changes makes big difference, more on the level a comfortable
environment should be created which have consistency of strong bedside manner skills. This will
foster nurse patient relationship to know how there should be successful communication along
with establishing proper interaction with employee to improve over capitalize. This will promote
health and patient will being at large level.
The nurse and patients relationship should have following of certain principles to make
the communication more effective. The principles are such as it is continuous process which
process in circular motion. The medical practitioner should strive to make communication with
patients therapeutic. This can be explained as communication should be processed purposefully
and consciously planned to give promotion over patients health and well-being. There should be
