Mental well-being is an essential aspect which is follow by every individual to make
themselves well. In addition, mental well-being is referring as the behavioural, cognitive and

based on the police officer who is facing the issue of mental health due to the long working hours
that might affect the mental health. It renders REM cycle as well as Non-REM cycle of the
