Reflection Account
This reflection is based over the activities that has been complete at the time of
undertaking the research activities. As researcher reflect their experiences and feeling that they
was gained. For successfully reflecting their experience, investigator use gibbs reflective cycle
that help them in determining the values and knowledge on the basis of specified topic and area.
Under this, researcher focus in reflecting each and every activities which they has been
experienced at research activities. In context to this, Gibbs reflective cycle includes various
aspects and activities such as description, feelings, evaluation, conclusion and action as well.
Description
It is initial stage in which researcher define their feelings at a first phase of the project as
it is based on the Mental wealth. Under this stage, researcher define the mental wealth that refers
to the importance of knowledge and power that support in determining appropriate skills and
capabilities that help in evaluating overall aspects present in the project. Mainly, this module is
based on the impact of e-commerce industry on the world today. As per this topic, some
objectives and hypotheses. Current module was created on the basis of secondary method in
which various books, journals, articles, internet sources to gather relevant data and information.
In addition to this, mixed methods of research methodologies is also applied that support in
acquiring reliable and valuable information. As mixed method is based on qualitative and
quantitative information by which specify research objectives and its variables can easily
attained without any kind of issues and challenges. As this topic is includes two variables i.e.
dependent and independent. These are put its impact over the entire research activities. As it is
analysed that e-commerce put their huge impact over the economic condition of UK because it
help organisation in attaining competitive advantage from the various competitors at market
place. As, whole module can be support in evaluating as well as analysing the actual impact or
concept of mental wealth by using different methods of research to draw a valid conclusion at the
end of the investigation.
Feelings
Under this stage of module, various feelings are experienced by me at the time of
undertaking the research activities. This phase is crucial because it directly affect the entire
activities that I have performed in the research. As, includes both positive and negative impact as

I can feel that my experience in developing the module is messy. This is because at the time of
beginning as me and my team members are develop a poster on the basis of specified topic and
area as well. As I also faced various issues that create issues at the time of undertaking research
activities in an effective manner. Mainly, I felt quite difficulties at the time of developing
objectives and hypotheses to evaluate the facts and figures within the research activities. In the
initial stage I had nervousness and also lack of confidence level that may reduce my feeling and
thought at the time of drawing a conclusion within the study. As I am not be able to executing as
well as completing the research activities in an effective manner. On the other side, when I
successfully developed objectives and hypotheses I was build enough confidence and also
improve my personality. Along with this, I also communicate with my team members and my
supervisor to get appropriate results. This will develop positive experience at the time of
undertaking the research activities. By this, I have understand all the activities that create
negative impact over the end results of investigation.
Evaluation
In this module, both positive and negative elements are there which I experienced at the
time of implementing research activities. In this regards, at the time of developing research
objectives and hypothesis I face issues which is related with the conceptual framework. At the
time of undertaking research, I also decide to connected with my peers and co-workers who
always helped me in executing research activities. It can be reduce the issues at the time of
taking decisions. With the assistance of this, I have easily develop a poster investigation by using
appropriate research methodology. I also used Microsoft power point that improve my
knowledge to develop an effective power point presentation in order to present my content.
Apart from this, I also enhanced my knowledge towards E-commerce industry and how it
directly affect the overall economy of nation. This is the reason that I have better understanding
about e-commerce industries and that directly change the activities of business organisation in
UK economy.
Conclusion
This stage is also crucial in which I feel that I have put my best efforts for developing this
module but at the same time I also felt that there are some elements that I have to includes in my
research activities of module to complete my entire task activities. In this I have collect relevant
and detailed information from secondary method of data collection in order to take right

judgement at the end of the investigation. On the other side, some of methods are not much
effective for developing or justifying the objectives and hypotheses as well. If researcher use
primary data then I can easily tasted the developed hypotheses and also check the accuracy of the
collected information. Furthermore, I have also put efforts on my presentation skills so that I can
easily present my results in-front of mentor and peers as well. By this, they can easily
understand my outcomes and also develop their knowledge towards the set hypotheses and
objectives as well.
Action
At this stage, there are various aspects that I have required to implement for making the
entire project activities more effective and successful as well. As, I also use primary method of
data collection that helped me in attaining positive and reliable outcomes at the end of the
investigation. By using this, I easily communicate with my peers and mentors that assist me in
developing my interpersonal skills. Furthermore, I have also gather detailed and measurable
information to attain authentic results within the study.
