I determined that, firm agreement is also
an important part of demonstrating ethical
behaviour and thus a professional standard.
It's one of the most noticeable distinctions
between 'regular' interactions and a
coaching one. We'll study how to create,
establish, and preserve a firm agreement
between coach and client in this course.
