Coaching presence starts with being
“present” with the client. To do this, the
coach has to have the ability to bring
themselves into the coaching space,
leaving everything else behind, and be
fully attentive to the client.

information out of the client for them to
speak out loud. So, when they start
discussing it, they peel back the layers of
their understanding and reveal something
that was always there and yet remained
undiscovered. In short coaching presence is
being there with the client, for the clients

I provide more attention on active listening
is a skill that can be acquired and
developed with practice. 'Active listening'
means, as its name suggests, actively
listening. That is fully concentrating on
what is being said rather than just passively
'hearing' the message of the speaker.

other's perspectives and feelings and helps
us appreciate them. This not only helps in
resolving conflicts but also helps foster a

gives the client ownership over the solution-
finding process. The client gets the opportunity
to define their milestones and solutions for the
problems they face. In organisations,
consistently applied transactional coaching can
already result in an enormous shift in the

due to the implied trust

I want to acknowledge myself as a coach for some specific reason like” I am not
comfortable with that some languages yet, so that I provided more attention on the
conversation and learn new languages. “I noticed student’s language and did and that
means [a positive attribute of the person]”.

On the basis of coaching conversation, I had leant so many things like how to handle the
problems, time management and maintain good relationship with the coach so that i can
easily get new chances for learning.
