INTRODUCTION
There is key role of mentors in the organisation as they provide support and direction to
the mentees. It is necessary to design good mentorship programme for the mentees so that they
are able to attain success (Hillier and et.al., 2019). The mentorship programme for Coffee Ville
is being formulated.
MAIN BODY
Mentorship programme
Mentorship programme is formal and structured document that is created to enhance one
to one relationship in organisation. It helps to enhance the knowledge and skills of the mentees
so that they are able to learn effectively. It can be defined as the document that is used to
maximise the performance of the mentees and solve the problems being faced by them.
Identify a key contact person who will coordinate
There is need of manager who is able to carry on the mentoring programme smoothly.
There is need of such a person who can take unbiased decisions and manage the meetings in
effective manner. There is need of coordination among mentor and mentee so that effective
results are attained. The proper support can be given by the manager.
State the desired outcome or purpose
The purpose is to enhance the communication among the mentees and create a conflict free
culture in the organisation.
Define mentoring for your agency
The goals are to provide best knowledge to the mentees so that they are able to enhance the
skills. The objective is to maintain relationship with them so that they are able to get benefits out
of the technology.
Identify clear goals of the Mentoring Program
The goals of mentoring program are as follows:
To have regular communication in the organisation
To maintain conflict free work culture
To carry on the work within right time

The top level management is the one who sets goals and objectives. Their role is to
understand the requirement of change in the organisation and bring the same in effective
manner.
The middle level management is more committed to work as the responsibility is
delegated to them. They are responsible to keep check on the mentorship programme and
provide best to the mentees.
Determine cultural readiness
There is requirement of having best culture for the mentees. The motivation is necessary
to carry on the desired work in effective manner (Carter and Youssef‐Morgan, 2019). The culture
also helps the mentors of the programme to be confident and attain better position.
Identify key stakeholders
There is key role of stakeholders in managing the work. The major stakeholder is the
head of agency that give orders. At the same time top level management and middle level
management are also the important stakeholders. The mentors and mentees play a critical role in
mentorship programme.

The required resources are as follow:

Mentor as well mentee

Marketing:
Identify a mentee profile
The mentees will be the employees who face conflicts while working in the organisation.
These are the people who are not able to communicate effectively and manage the work.
