INTRODUCTION
This report determines which should be based on important challenges should be faced
by student at the time of graduation (Alketbi, Nasir and Talib, 2018). First challenge is
apprenticeship will be helpful to academic career at the time of studies to gain their degree. It is
also considered that this reflection which is based on presentation challenge that is suitable for
Tesco which is most supposed and appropriate chain in UK. It is also considered in T shirt
challenge so it is significant login to T shirt brand and considers abilities which are need to be
identified. In this report, various topics are to be covered such as challenges focus on business
function, skills are communication, teamwork, time management and busies competencies and
action plan.
MAIN BODY
Challenges and describe each skills in terms to perform business functions
There are three challenges such as presentation, T shirt and apprenticeship challenge
which is helpful for my professional career growth. LSST is one of Vellore institute in England
which is offer several master program which will be helpful to developing their skills and
professional career basis (Arnold and Boggs, 2019).
Apprentice challenge
This type of challenge is quite in nature and it is considered some policies and activities
which are helpful to deciding some important decision that will be beneficial for partners and
leads to develop appropriate network. It is also lead to upgrade that information which are
suitable practices within that firm and follow general public which is need to improve their firm
exhibition in an efficient way.
Communication skills: These skills are important for me in terms of learning and it will
be useful for communicate easily with other team members. I have learned many challenges
which I need to improve for framing their sentences as well as effective communication. This
university helps me to improve my technical skills and communication skills.

Team work: These skills teach me that when I face any challenge so I would gather all
information related to my team members in terms to performing effectively. University helps me
to motivate and encourage how to learn some skills and how to build their team with a perfect
manner.
Time management skills: It should be a effective way that time will be produce
according to planning work and it will be appropriate that it should be consider to manage their
time and focus on effective classification in terms to performing their time (Chen and
Grossmann, 2017).
Business skills: When I pursue MBA degree these skills should be developed this time
and it will be useful for me to develop my professional career in business management field.
Corporate firm are set their skills should be considered this type of skills respectively and predict
that many number of skills which are determine during university days are present in effectively
and efficiently manner.
Presentation challenge
This challenge determine that is required by firm permanently analyze the situation in
marketplace and considering performance of Tesco as compare to other rivals. As per purpose of
firm it should emphasize the operations of Tesco firm and certain suggestions are required for
firm to follow steps in terms to increase their performance in marketplace.
Communication skills: If there is presentation time individuals have effective
communication skills so they will have to communicate properly. I have given a lot of
presentation in professional career and also attend meeting, seminar and conferences regarding
various presentations that will be helpful to develop these skills and improve my communication
skills which I can present properly (Cummins, Pellicano and Crane, 2020). In case of Tesco, it
is helpful that firm has providing training to workers for acquiring some opportunities.
Team work: At the time of presentation, I need to make an effective team which will be
helpful to understand to present appropriate ideas among person. It should be organized various
number of competition are there in terms to improve their present ideas efficiently in order to
develop team spirit.

Time management skills: It is helpful to develop their proper time to present and having
an effective management system with the help of team members. A lot of work under pressure
which have been faced in terms to manage workload high time and working life so it will be
crucial to complete many things to categorize my work efficiently.
Business skills: These skills I have given for much presentation which points are
included related to business and what kind of presentation I have (Mishra and Marr, 2017). It
should be effectively consider that many of points are useful to clarify some concept and it will
be easy to understand. I have also presentation challenge which is useful to understand things
more attractive and efficient manner.
T shirt challenge
The t shirt challenges are helpful for students with analysis of logo for brand and
considering name of Allstar. It is most important challenge to achieve proper budget would be
$300 with significant of target market of Tesco. This challenge was quite and simple in terms of
offerings regarding their branding, finance and operation of business.
Communication skills: These skills help me to determine their effective language in
term of designing their product and budget of T shirt.
Team work: I have facing lot of issue where I have to develop some effective and
competent team which I have considering a 5 members who are participate equally towards their
contribution about functioning of firm (Suh and Kim, 2017).
Time management skills: This skills need to be improve to crucial time in order to take
certain challenges which should be perform various activities are involved. I need to perform
these activities for my team members in an efficient manner with proper time.
Business skills: This skill predict that some of these activities are need to be perform and
considering some challenges which are easy for an effective team for designing their t shirt and it
will be undertake to effective financing operation of business.

Business functions of these challenges
Branding: I have considered that this is most important challenges which are useful for
those businesses that have enhance their branding of firm (Cummins, Pellicano and Crane,
2020). These challenges are asked by team members work on t shirt challenge it should be
consider their brand and logo in order to having a online promotion of university and deciding
pricing strategy with my team correlate. Branding should be undertaken creativity which is
useful regarding T shirt with various approaches is there.
Finance: The most important and another function of business is financing which is
useful to set their proper budget for this challenges and what was cost of these challenges. These
function should be perform that effective achievement of goals and objectives in terms of finance
their many activates. Effective financing are should be undertaken and most significant challenge
in terms of deciding the cost and price of this product.
Operations: To discuss about those changes which are helpful for firm and these
challenges that are suitable for each and every form are need to be determine and manage their
activities in an effective manner. These functions are useful in terms of accomplishment
respectively and also manage production of various activities which are needed to be considered.
Action plan
Specific: The main purpose is to develop their skills and competencies in terms of their
performances will full potential good marks in each of subject (Mishra and Marr, 2017).
Measurable: I need to improve my communication skills I have to learn how to develop
and use of corrective grammar and performing well with full of potential for various working
activities.
Achievable: In terms to achieve their goals and objectives for a particular situation and I
need to develop these skills effectively about most of famous brands are considered their
resources that are useful for gaining project and various challenges for marketing models.
Relevant: It represents these factor development of skills and competencies of
knowledge which are crucial for career growth and appropriate for considering their degree with
so many efforts for capabilities and time to accomplish objectives.

Time bound: In terms to accomplish their goals and objectives within 6 months and
learn those skills and perform with full of potential skills (Suh and Kim, 2017).
CONCLUSION
As per above information, it has been concluded that they should identified apprentice
challenge is quite successful for the development of appropriate competencies and skills which
are consider to be better knowledge and development. Presentation challenge are also useful to
consider which is understand that all skills are should be properly messed and introduce with
various effective presentation. T shirt challenges are considered that they should increase their
skills in proper manner and set their proper budget ad cost should be determined to their target
market. This time will be useful for enhancing their guidance for an important developing and
execute their plan accordingly.
