INTRODUCTION
For every individual it is necessary to build a successful career in life. This can be done by
taking effective decision and grabbing opportunities. The main step of building a career starts
after graduation. This is because there are ample job opportunities available and it requires
necessary skills and knowledge. I have recently completed MBA from reputed university and
having specialisation in marketing. I want to build my career in this field. I think that retail sector
is rapidly growing and there are many job opportunity in it. so, with help of primary and
secondary study i found marketing manager as job role in it.
Analysis and application
It is vital to collect information that are associated to the marketing profession as what
are the changes occurs, issues that industry faces and many more. Retail sector is growing
rapidly in present times. It has contributed highly in this pandemic period. However, there are
many changes occurring in it and employment opportunities as well. therefore, for more analysis
secondary study is being done. Data and information was collected from articles and journals.
Secondary study
Here, it is most important part in which data and info is collected and analysed. This
enable in giving insight on what changes are occurring. Also, it is authentic and realistic data as
well.

There are various trends which may impact on my profession in future. It may also affect
on developing strategies, taking decision, etc. within sector. So, there are various trends which
are defined as below

better comprehensive understanding of consumer and more generated insights. As nowadays

marketing as it is easier in approaching as well as interacting with global consumers

marketing and develop strategies. Moreover, this skill is needed to attain goals in effective way.
Hence, it makes it easy to work with creative mind and provide a new direction and ways to

attained in time. Besides that, it require to guide and show direction to other as well in

interview of marketing manager of tesco. The script is in appendix.
Evaluation
I am newly graduate and completed my MBA in marketing. I want to become a successful
person in my life so i have chosen this field. I did some research in retail sector to gather data
and info. from that i found that this industry is rapidly growing. It is also hiring new talent so, i
am also having chance of working in retail sector. My skills are also relevant to this field and i
can see a bright future and lot of opportunities for me. With that i can attain my goals and
objectives.
