The activity was named as Research Skills for Design Thinking. It
included working with mand mapping techniques to comprehend the
supply chain and its impact on the design thinking activities. It helped
me understand the meaning and importance of mind mapping overall.

Thoughts and Feelings DURING the activity:
My first thought during the activity was that the subject seems to be a bit more complicated than I
anticipated. However, with the help of my team mates and the varied activities that were included
during the workshop, I was able to understand the meaning of the subject and find solutions to my
hesitations.
Thoughts and Feelings AFTER the activity:
After the activity, I found it important to understand every problem from varied angles. Every
individual might have a different reason to approach any subject. Thus, it is crucial to know the
why about every possibility and find reasonable number of solutions to the same. Mind mapping
was something that really raised my curiosity to research and know more about the best practices
that have been adopted until now.
What can you learn from this activity?
I have learnt the ability to approach each subject from the perception of over 10 or more people. I
have been able to know more about the subject in question before laying down my own ideas. I
have become more welcoming and open minded rather than focusing on my own thought process
primarily.
What can you do to develop yourself further in the context of this activity?
I will practice more often and include the analysis of varied products to ensure that I get
acquainted with the idea and I am able to use this methodology appropriately in my personal and
professional career both.
