The report discusses different and numerous management perspectives of anAustralian Bank and shows different function of the management in the organizational body.The role of the manager includes several different challanges that the manager has to facewhile performing his role. The major challanges include the constant changing environmentof marketing as well as the socio economic influence on the efficiency of the organization. Inthis didcussion, social factor chiefly reveals the different culture of the organization in everyaspect. Moreover, the behavior and the role of the managers of the organization inmaintaining and preserving the cultural heritage of the same determines the value and ethicsof the company (Oliver, 2014).
