To conduct different task in the organisation required to develop both skills in effective manner. As a result it works for professional development that refers to the continued training and education of an individual regarding to career. The main purpose of professional development to aware for current trends and generate new skills that helps to achieve reward at workplace. To better understand the report selected organisation Harrods of London which is a British institution. It is famous, well known and respected retail store in the world. TASK 1 Skill Audit in the context of personal roles and responsibilities Customer service representative in the Harrods of London would be having several skills and competencies which is important to acquire job responsibilities adequately(Bautista, Yau and Wong, 2017). Customer representative would be responsible to maintain direct and indirect relation with customer and influence them to purchase product from its retail store. What were the problems I was developing personal and professional development plan to enhance my skill and reduce my problem. My main problems as I cannot manage every tasks effectively so as a result submit project after deadline and feeling low. The another problem that I faced to prepare PDP plan was inadequate that actually led trouble and become reason of mismanagement due to which I allotted more than preferable time to complete the task. I cannot lead my team in good manner as a result they were not listening me and do work according to their suitability. It was presenting negative impact on my performance. My interpersonal skill is not good and required to taken suggesting from my senior that irritating them and ask to do your work accordingly. Many times I cannot come on time in important meeting that show my efficiency in negative manner.During to development plan I saw several problem and many times my senior scolded me in front of other colleagues. That was shaming for me and feeling depressed from my work. Many time team member did not provide good work as a result I feel bad and face loss in salary. For this required to effectively face my problem and find out appropriate solution. After development plan I was focusing on both skills equally as a result now a days I am leading my team members effectively but my management skill is not good now.
