EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This research study is based upon the evaluation according to the case study namely
“Mobileye 2021: Robotaxi or Consumer AV”. The primary purpose of the research report is
based upon the analysis of the company situation along with the challenges faced by the firm.
The company is considered as one of the best company among the companies who offered
driverless cars. They are in the business activities that promotes auto mobiles and after providing
considerable efforts by the founder of the establishment the company had lead to a tremendous
growth by launching a self driving vehicle in the year 2014. The requirement of Organisation in
terms of Technology will therefore have to be transformed according to the social logical factors
such that the coexistence of various simulations can therefore be adhered with prior set of
formulations that are inundated.

INTRODUCTION TO THE CASE STUDY
Statement of the problem
According to the case study provided, the company facing serious challenges in order to
sustain within the market space and to gain competitive advantages. There are two problems
that have been specified within the study according to which the first one is related to
maintaining a stable price within the market as the owners are confused in order to retain their
share either by cutting down their prices or continue to operate at similar price strategy. Another
issue is related to the role-played by the goggle for self-driving cars revolution. The google can
become their major competitors or might become their future partner for the future success.
Research Questions
This research study is based upon the following research questions:
1. What are the best suitable strategies for stable prices for self driving cars and how it will
affect business atmosphere of Mobileye?
2. How does partnership with Google will help them in their success in future context and
other alternatives available for the firm?
3. What is the role of technology and innovation in the success of Mobileye?
Aim and Objectives
Aim
The aim behind conducting this research is to evaluate the company situation along with
the challenges faced by them for its sustainability and in order to gain competitive advantages.
Objectives
To investigate the concept of sustainability and competitive advantage.
To find out solutions for the issues related to the pricing strategies of Mobileye along
with effective approach for the partnership of the company.
