Thereport has been covered various leadership theories and models which are applied in M&S company. Managers is person who set theirpolicies and working methods for other employees where they all are performing well and effectively. Leaders only managetheir group people. Where as leader can only managedthose people who worked under their. Leaders mayprovide motivations for their group people.
