3. Question
This is the first assignment in which you are required to work on your
project plan document. A substantial amount of information should be
included in this document, so be sure to start your assignment as early as
possible to complete it by the necessary due date. Only the sections
highlighted in yellow are compulsory for this assignment. Although you are
welcome to work ahead on other sections, the highlighted sections are the
only ones which will be marked.
Note that exceeding answer length limits could jeopardise your marks
earned. Content will be assessed if it is within the answer length limits
specified, allowing for a little grace for excessive content. Content that
significantly exceeds the limits will be ignored and answers that would
otherwise have earned marks will not be earned.
Reminder of how to change page orientation:
Do not change the whole assignment to landscape. Use two “next page”
section breaks and apply the orientation to the page that has the second
section break. Use Word’s F1 help feature if you are not familiar with this.
Question 1
Fill in all elements of the template that are highlighted in yellow. Check
carefully to ensure that you have completed all highlighted sections on all
pages.
The information you gathered in your ongoing project submission in
Module 4 can be used in this assignment.
General tip for tables, charts and diagrams: Label all tables, charts and
diagrams, and introduce it. For example, “The graph below shows the
project budget baseline, including all material costs, for the full project life
cycle. The WBS and the bottom-up estimating method were used to
determine the primary project costs.”

project. Within the iron triangle, the time constraint generally refers to the
time which is mainly available for completing the work of the project
where the budget reflects that the entire project needs to be completed
within the budget that is available. Moreover, the scope constraints refer
to reflect the activities that needs to be done for showcasing the end
result of the project. Furthermore, it is analyzed that the project work
needs to be completed in 5 months of time where the commencement
date of the project is on 15-07-2019 and the completion date will be 29-
