which are not harmful to the
environment and also the products
that are not harmful to the general
public health standard code. In this
way, the organisational factors
influence the ethics.
 Individual Factors - The individual
factors that can influence the ethics
are morality, personal values, life
experiences and family influences.
These are the factors which can
make an individual to avoid doing
the unethical activities. When the
morality of a certain individual
becomes righteous, the ethics within

from doing the unethical activities.

organisation for increasing the
performance level of the employees within
the organisation to improve the
productivity. As the productivity of the
organisation increases, the profitability of
the organisation increases with it too.
There are some incidents which are
frequently happening in the organisations
in the recent days and those incident arises
because of the unethical activities that
occurred in the working place (Freeman et
al., 2020). The present world is facing a
crucial situation of coronavirus pandemic
and during this time, people are instructed
to stay at home and not go outside for
maintain the social distancing segment.
This is why, the usage of internet has
increased and Facebook has been the
most used social media during this time.
People are using this platform to connect
with each other and also for conducting
their work. Facebook has created a
platform for the virtual business which has
allowed people to sell their products and
also to promote their products and services
in a very reasonable price. For per click on
the advertisement, Facebook charges

why, Facebook became very popular for
people of worldwide. But in the recent
days, there has been a major issues arises

breach our privacy and this is why, the
company has been facing certain
allegations for stopping their business.
People are becoming against of the
company policy of Facebook. The
company is claiming that the data privacy
of every individual has been secured and
no unethical activity has been happening
by breaking the data protection law. But the
people are not satisfied and this is why, for
ensuring an ethical environment in the
company, a monitoring segment can be
implemented which can provide a perfect
knowledge to the individual that their
personal information are being seeing or
misused by anyone or not. This can be the
solution for resolving this issues.
c) The government of the country play a
vital role for ensuring the establishment of
ethical environment in the country. The
government of United Kingdom has also
taken certain steps for creating an ethical
environment for society promote peace. In
the specific, the two laws of the United
Kingdom for ensuring ethics are provided
