Executive Summary
The primary purpose of this report is to elucidate on the target audience of the community
project. It would discuss about the leader of the project and effect of technology on the
service. It would discuss about the implication of project on community and the way the
project can be useful in breaking down the community silence. It discusses how the role
models can help me in realizing the objective of my project.

Aims and objectives
The aims and objectives of the research is to improve the condition of education that
exists in Mornington Peninsula (Visitvictoria.com., 2018).
Target audience
The target audience will be the people living in Mornington Peninsula that can help in
improving the economic condition of the people.
Gaps
The gaps that can be seen in the local region of Mornington Peninsula is that the
lower income group do not get the facility of receiving proper education that hampers their
development in the community.
Role of Creative Thinking
Creative thinking can help in the evolution of practices that can prove to be beneficial
for a community. It can pave the path for innovation which can be useful for a community.
Description of Project
Social media will be used for spreading awareness about education in Mornington
Peninsula. The existing model is being followed as social media has been previously used in
spreading education among people.
People and Services needed
The people involved in the project would be the social workers of the organisation
named “Action on Poverty”. The educational services of Mornington Peninsula would be
used for delivering the project (Green & Haines, 2015). This project would require the help
of students studying in the field of Information Technology.
