Research aims
The research will be aimed at understanding the different leadership roles that
are played by the management of the organizations in order to promote job satisfaction
and motivation among the employees. Job satisfaction and motivation helps in reducing
the rate of staff turnover in the organizational contexts. Therefore, the aim of the
research is to examine the different leadership roles that are played by the management
in order to reduce staff turnover rates resulting to the smooth functioning of the
processes.
Research objectives
The objectives of undertaking the research are:
To examine the different implications of leadership roles played by the
management in promoting motivation and job satisfaction among the employees
To inspect the extent to which motivation and job responsibility reduce the rate
of staff turnover
Research questions
The research questions are:
What are the different factors that affect of the motivation and job responsibility
on the performance of the employees?
What steps can an organization take to increase the impact on motivation and
job responsibility that would reduce the rate of staff turnover in the organizations?
What facts or information will you need to gather? How will you access these?
Research philosophy
The research philosophy will be helping in undertaking the suitable research
paradigm in the study. As per the requirements of undertaking an unbiased study the
