This dissertation proposal aims to understand the different leadership roles played by management in promoting job satisfaction and motivation among employees to reduce staff turnover rates in organizations. The research will examine the implications of leadership roles in promoting motivation and job satisfaction, and the extent to which they reduce staff turnover. The study will utilize a positivism philosophy, inductive approach, and explanatory research design. Data will be collected from primary and secondary sources, including exit interviews, online surveys, and interviews with managers in the hospitality industry.
