INTRODUCTION Motivation is the action which reflects or terminate human behaviour at definite instance. It is symbolise as the driving force which charge individuals effort to engross towards goal- oriented behaviour to enhance their productivity for attaining their objective in rapid manner. It is individuals aspiration to act in clear-cut manner to perceive their goal. Primarily motivation is individual aspect whose optimistic impact is seen on one's individual working which will encourage or influenced them towards following effective path. During their aim to work towards estimated path in accurate manner, motivation act as influencing factor which makes them oriented to continue their work effectively. It act as medium to attract employs while retaining themselves for the work and accelerating level of productivity in them to pursue their work. This report will recount several need of motivation and factors which motivate employers for their work. Additionally, report will also cover positive and negative factors that employer carry through their work to accomplish their provided goals in decisive manner (Oh and Roh, 2022). MAIN BODY What is motivation. Motivation is symbolise primarily as the energetic force which drives individuals to originate work-related behaviour in intense and direction form in given instance. It is the driving force which accelerates workforce performance in earnings fashion. It is essential to boost up the employers productivity in performing their action in definite instance. Motivation comprise of the social, emotional or biological action which module the behaviour in productive manner (Lin, Li and Lam,2020). Maslow hierarchical of need theory is symbolise through 5 prime factors which influence the human towards definite behaviour. They are characterised as basic needs of human which modulate them towards optimistic behaviour. Through it psychology of human behaviour is been interpret by the individuals to analyse factor which drew them towards enhancing their capability or ability in affirmative manner. 5 basic needs Maslow hierarchical theory are safety need, Physiological need, love & belonging need, self-esteem need and self-actualization need. Physiological need- It is lower driven need in Maslow hierarchical which his symbolise as the basic human needs which hare essential for their living. It includes food, water, 1
shelter with adequate rest instance and reproduction. They are prime need of individuals which hare need to be fulfilled for their living. They are required for optimal and natural functioning of body (Wulandari, Djawoto and Prijati, 2021). Safety need- They are need which symbolise individuals protection actions. It include the protection form forthcoming violence or stealing of financial security. It also include their emotional stability, health security with overall well-being. They are important to protect individuals from the mental disorder or depression. Love & belongings need- It is represent in tertiary orientation in Maslow hierarchy which represent individuals need of accommodate love and interaction from others. They are symbolise as the social need of the individuals which is intellection of their personal relationship, acceptance, intimacy and love. It is essential to built the sense of self-worth and confidence when one has cognizance of support from their family. Self-esteem need- They are being routed as a foundation to develop trust, love and security to impact work progression by individuals in positive manner. They are being influence though individuals perception, thought process and willingness. It is essential to maintain the dignity in profound manner. Self-actualization need- It is the extreme desire of the individuals to assemble their goal in optimistic manner. These need as essential for individuals to achieve their goal which are education, creativity or skill development like cooking, gardening and athletics depending upon their choice (Efendi and Haryati, 2021). Importance of two types of motivation on individuals are: Intrinsic- It is the action performed by the individuals to inherit self satisfaction to satisfy own psychological needs in challenging and rewarding manner. Other factors which influence the individuals are: Fairness- Employers are extremely motivated when they are being fairly treated in the workplace by others while respecting their physiological, economic and mental needs. Competitive wages- When reward and appreciation are being granted depending upon the magnitude of hard work perceive by the individuals, it will accelerate their willingness to work more ambitiously for organisation. They are need to be provided with timely incentives for additional work accomplished by them to enhance their motivation to enhancetheircapabilities.Thiswillsupportindividualtoenhancetheiroverall productive in affirmative manner. Promotion-They are need to be provided with challenges to develop their professional development towards enriched growth in efficient manner. After accomplishment of task, individuals are need to promoted or acknowledge of their work to enhance their improved result within organization. While enhancing their orientation, one will get motivation to perform in more improved manner. Enhanced communication- When employers are provided with the chance to front their opinion in workplace, enhance their work in more encouraging manner. This approach 3
will boost employer confidence as their opinion are being value and acknowledge in the workplace (Zhang and et. al., 2020). Positive factors employers experience during their job accomplishment. Factors which encourage employers to work towards the productive manner in workplace are comfortable environment which they posses during working hours which enables them to stay healthy. More employer-centric approach attract them to enhance their capabilities in workplace. With their professional work the implementation of financial and emotional support should be provided to employers. This approach also encourage their self-worth and satisfaction. Major factors include are: Growth opportunity- They are need to be provided with enhance training according to market demands and improvement required in individuals interpreted after analysing them accurately. They are need to be provided with objective of work and their role in that to motivate them. Modern performance management- Individuals is guided to work towards the accurate path to maintain desirable position to work in arable manner. Supervisor need to acknowledge them for their contribution while having the open feedback to enhace effective communication. Negative factors employers experience during their job accomplishment. Toxic work environment- This occur when employers are not praise for their working but are only criticised which deprive employer motive to work. Workplace conflicts: It occur due to poor communication between team members or employers which develop misunderstanding and deadlines are missed. Negative competition- When competition goes on negative, it creates negativity in workplace which deprive individual ability (Li, Bonn and Ye, 2019). Strategies used to cope up with negative factors in workplace. Employers morale is primarily effected due to their persistent workplace negativity which effects their attitude and outlook in deprive manner. It is essential to improve the workplace negativity which can be done through: Employers are need to provided with opportunity to express their own opinion on alteration or modulation required in workplace. 4
Employers are need to be treated in fair manner with proper fairness and respect to avoid favouritism by applying required accountability and standard policy for everyone equally. Trust building will enhance communication which will enhance their performance in productive manner.
