Forum of Telecommunications. It was founded in the year 1987 on 1st April and has it’s
headquarter is situated at Auckland. The main products of the organization Spark involves
mobile services, broadband services and landline services (Moriset, 2013). Some of the services
of the company includes fixed telephony, access to the internet, mobile telephony, and
transmission of data, on demand streaming video, automation at home and leased lines. The aim
of the study is to prioritize and embed practices of core compliance the culture of the
organization within specific context of business and to lead, model and structure the
organizational compliance and values for efficient and effective performance of the business
organization. The company Spark has about five thousand five hundred and sixty two employees

Despite some managers of the organization supports an environment which will be enjoyable and
a vibrant one, certain limits must be set within the workplace for avoiding any
misunderstandings or any conflicts. Workers who claims themselves to be professionals will
maintain their limit and will never cross the line of that limit during their conversations or any
other ongoing activities within any business organization.
2.2 a) Importance of ethical behavior in business organizations
Ethics generally concerns about the moral judgements of any individual about what is
appropriately correct and what is wrong. Ethical behavior within any business organization are
responsible for bringing a large number of benefits which are significant to that particular
business organization (Chun et al.,2013). Some of the benefits involve attracting consumers to
the products of the firm and hence improving profits and sales of the company, attracting more
and more number of employees who are wanting to work for the business organization by
lowering the cost for recruitment and enabling the enterprise in getting the employees who are
mostly talented. Other benefits involve making the employees stay within the business
organization by reducing the turnover of labour and hence productivity of the company increases
to a great extent (Jackson et al., 2013). Investors are attracted and the share price of the company
is kept high, hence protecting the business from taking over. On the other hand, unethical

behavior may cause damage to the reputation of the firm making it less appealing in front of the
stakeholders of the respective company.
b) Elements of ethical behavior for business organizations
ď‚· Obey the law- Obey the law is considered to be the minimal level of the conduct of ethic
which is ensured within the business organization (Schwartz, 2013). The law is basically
a set of standards or rules of behavior which are needed to be followed by the employees
and also by the stakeholders of the company for the betterment of the business
organization.
ď‚· Be honest in business dealings- It is very much important in dealing with all activities
within any business organization honestly. It is considered to be almost impossible for
any business to build up trust if honesty is not considered to a guiding principle in
handling every aspects of its process of work. Honesty does not mean only about
performing activities in the right way, it is also about value expression within which a
particular company is founded. Being honest is considered to be one the ways which are
effective in establishing the culture of work which will help in propelling the business
company to a success which will be long termed. Honesty also leads to the creation of a
consistent behavior within the workplace and helps in building trust among the
customers.
ď‚· Show respect for individuals, contracts, societal standards and institutions- It is very
much important to show respect to all individuals by treating people with politeness,
kindness and courtesy and by encouraging the employees in expressing their ideas and
opinions. It is very much important to listen to what others are wanting to say before just
delivering viewpoint of own and utilize several ideas which will totally change or rather
