according to behavior therapy no

can be learnt through practicing

strategy motivates the employees to put best effort toward
organisational objectives.

enhance the marketplace with motivated employees. There some
important factor that support organisational growth
● Improve the efficiency: Motivating inspire the performance level of
employees to perform the task beyond the limits. The motivation
fills the space between willingness and ability of work as it improves
the productive and reduce the cost and make effective environment.

Conclusion
The above stated report concluded that motivation plays important role
in the organizational success. The motivation theories assess the
organization to better implementation of motivation strategy. There are
two type of motivation such as intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.
