London. Company has more than 12000 employees who are working for
it.

Harrods is a company which is famous in the entire world. It has
around 330 departments all over the world. Brand value helps
organization to maintain a good reputation and prestige among
people. Company sales everyday items and luxury goods in its
departmental stores all across the world. Many people have joined
the organisation in past years, to make them knowledgeable

INDUCTION PROGRAM
Induction program of Harrods is conducted in order to welcome
new employees. It is arranged to make new joine know about
the company and let them know that how their role fits in. Sister
concerns and about subsidiary companies is also being told to
employees during the induction programme. To give detail about
the company it makes easy for company to retain employees in
long term.
