product. The firm started by the two friend Michael Marks and Thomas Spencer.
The company organizes a proper induction and training session so that
employees know more and more about organization and not take pressure of their
work.

INDUCTION AND TRAINING PROGRAM
An induction programme is the process used in the businesses to welcome new
employees to the company and prepare them for a new role and responsibility.
Whereas training is the act of increasing the knowledge and skills of an employee
to perform a particular task.
