Background
Pashendale Holdings Ltd is Australia's wildest developing construction company,
which provides customer services and enhance the strategic market plan. This
comprises a multi-tiered methodology to enhance the additional share market and
attract new clients to the Company. The CEO of PHL, Virna Pashendal, requires a
service to redevelop the Website for the Company. This project aims to rebuild the
Website, which contains a large amount of content involves the implementation of a
new building, updated news of new companies, client testimonial, a network platform
that is affiliated and the information about the other industries (Harrison and Lock
2017). The Website must provide an interactive, user friendly and simple interface
for their consumers so the website can be easily access by them. The new business
strategy of PHL is to rationalize profitable assets to increase the profitability of the
investors and reduce the value ratio for the loans (Stol and Fitzgerald 2014,).
Therefore, with the help of this website, PHL can be able to work with new clients
and can be able to improve tailored solutions for Construction. The redevelopment of
the Website helps PHL to accomplish the transportation of feedback to their target
consumers faster and improve the communications between customers and the PHL
Company.
Project Scope
The project scope consists of determination and documentation of a particular
project objectives, tasks, deliverables, time durations and estimated costs.
The contractor produces and represents a thorough project plan which involves
scheduling, testing plan for the project, work breakdown structures for the project,
project transition plan, implementation plan and training plan (Mirza, Pourzolfaghar
and Shahnazari 2013). Therefore, the contractor design a strategic plan for the
website project, schedule the entire task that needs to be carry throughout the
completion of the project. To prepare work breakdown structures (WBS) of the
project.
In the system engineering and project management, the work breakdown structure
can be defined as the list of deliverables break down into smaller project
components (Sequeira and Lopes 2015). It is the key deliverables of the project
which arranges the overall work of the team into manageable segments.
To achieve an interactive user interface for PHL, to possess more clients to the
Company, the Company assigned a contractor to re-implement the Website, make
the website dynamic. To add more features to the company website that helps to
create an attractive and interactive view that keeps more clients to their business
interests, as it is easily accessible by the clients.

The marketing goals and trades can be an increase in sales, productions, attract
new customers to the business, increasing productivity for the Company, reducing
request services from the customers, increasing more investor to the Company,
improving the time spent over the internet.
If the project scope has been successfully completed and approved by the project
manager, the manager can allocate the task effectively and provide their team
guidelines for the project management that the contractor can meet up the target
costs and time durations.
It does not comprise any kind of work by internal sites of PHL’s internet. Therefore,
the contractor selected by Pashendale Holdings Ltd, ensure that PHL’s has enough
resources for coding, designing, implementing, building, maintain and testing the
Website and the PHL's personnel use this Website for proper training.
Work Requirements
There are various phases to successfully completion of the Website Re-development
Project. The Website Re-development phase includes gathering requirement
specifications, planning for the website, designing of the website, coding behind the
website, implementation of the website, testing of the website.
Initially, the contractor communicates with PHL Company, to collect all the
requirements, specifications, and build up metrics (Dick, Hull and Jackson 2017).
During this phase, the contractor must capture all the requirements accurately. All
the requirements for the re-development of the project must be clearly documented.
The website is to be designed as the requirement of the Company. The contractor
can provide a demo of the website via prototype designing to ensure the project
development contract to the Company.
During the design and definition part of the website project, the contractor ensure the
progress update of the website project to PHL in every meeting conduct among the
contractor and Pashendale Holdings Ltd in the conversion phase (Kerzner 2017). In
this phase, the estimated project cost, the time duration for the project, the workflows
and detailed design of the website application can be identified by the contractor.
The contractor needs to complete the coding and testing phase of the website. The
coding phase contains the interactive design of the websites approved by PHL. The
task can be divided into parts, and the client (PHL Company) check the performance
has been done in each segment of the project.
The testing phase includes both the iLab of the constructor as well as the limitation
of a beta release. After the completion of the development phase, the redeveloped
WWebsite needs to be released for checking all the functionalities are working
properly (Lock 2017). Any type of site issues and error in code can be identified and
resolved in the testing phase.

Throughout the implementation phase of the project, the website must be compiled
on the server of the PHL Company, which provides 24x7 services for the Company
from start to end of the project.
In the conversion stage of implementation of the website re-development project, all
credentials of the accepted project to PHL will be provided by the contractor
(Moniruzzaman and Hossain 2013). The documents must contain the accepted
project plan.
Schedule
The milestones and deliverables schedule describes a summary of the project
activity. This provides the estimated cost to develop each segment of the project and
time duration taken to complete the project (Ruzza et al. 2017). The schedule
involves milestones for analysis, requirement gathering, planning, designing, coding,
and implementation of the project, development, evaluation, Construction and
documenting project's implementation report. In most of the situation, project
management maintain a schedule to specify the end of each project phase, to figure
the official interaction between client and the contractor, validation for the project’s
progression, mark the work that has been completed, and the successful end of
deliverables (Siami-Irdemoosa, Dindarloo and Sharifzadeh 2015). The schedule
milestones also represent the project progression review report and to indicate the
next phase to continue. The milestones and the deliverable schedule dates and
estimated project cost are based on project planning details are given below:
