Executive Summary
In this study it has been identified that Due to the changes in global valuation, analysing the
potential impact on professional career, it has become necessary in case of understanding the
individuals’ capabilities. . By comparing my personal abilities with the banking sector has
been identified that in order to involve myself in this Sector I need to focus on improving
different skills of mine. With increasing competition in the centre I need to focus on
improving my time management critical thinking as well as technological knowledge on
computer so that I would be able to sustain in this competitive business environment.

1. Introduction
In order to enhance the importance of professionalism and ensure the performance
consistency, knowing the professional capabilities of individuals are important (Bashir et al.
2017). Due to the changes in global valuation, analysing the potential impact on professional
career, it has become necessary in case of understanding the individuals’ capabilities. The
purpose of this study is to focus on identifying the self-capabilities. Analysing the emerging
employment trends in the banking sector, the study has highlighted the future employment
scope in the sector.

Analysing the capabilities as well as skills of mine it has been identified that effective
communication as well as leadership capabilities of mine are the biggest strength that can
help me to achieve the goals in my professional career. It can be said that I have the strong
emotional intelligence ability that can help me in case of understanding the emotional needs
of individuals (Refer to appendix 4). On the other hand, analysing the weaknesses of mine it
has been identified that lack of tome management ability can bring the negative impact on my
professional graph. It cannot be denied that in order to deliver the service within time, time
management ability has strong impact on the career graph of individuals. It has also been
identified by me that lack of critical thinking ability of dine can bring the impact on the
decision making process. It cannot be denied that critical thinking ability plays a critical role
in case of understanding the issues as well as opportunities in the market. Analysing another
strong of mine it can be said that developing my own values I prefer for set my own goals for
achieving the target. As per my understanding, this quality of mine can play an important role
for utilizing my abilities in proper manner.
