Further, from the context of business, the term globalisation can be defined as opening the local and international market for each type of business organisation in order to develop interconnection among the companies available at worldwide level. The process of globalisation leads in free flow and transfer of goods and services beyond the geographical boundaries. Along with improving the trading of goods and services the globalisation also results in improving the ability of company in gathering a range of talent for performing several business activities of the company and improving overall performance of the firm at global level as well. In addition, for the purpose of improving recruitment and selection process of the company, the managers of firm needs to develop more effective plans in this regard. Therefore, it can be said that globalisation have a positive impact over each activity of the business organisation. The present study is based on Nestle company. It is a UK based organisation that provides a range of variety of foods to its customers at international level. Due to having a business at global level the company needs to analyse culture and ethical background of each country in which it is doing its business. It is required to perform the business activities in an effectiveway.Furthermore,itisalsoessentialtodevelopeffectivestrategiesregarding management of human resources of the company as directly effects the performance of the company. The present research on improvement in the recruitment and selection process of the firm will use several tools and techniques in order to have an in depth study over the topic. Further, the while performing the research the scholar will also apply a range of techniques regarding data collection and observation purpose. It will help the researcher in collecting more reliable data and deriving the actual results from it as well.

It was a great feeling to carry out this study as it helped me gain knowledge about the concept of globalization and its impact on recruitment, selection and training. It was interesting to carry out research and gain insight of various participants in order to determine the importance of effective recruitment and selection process in a business. I have gained immense knowledge by carrying out this study which helps me in gaining various effective tools which leads to higher operational standards. I have effectively evaluated the various tools and theories whichare necessary for recruitment and selection. I have effectively utilized the resources and completed the project on a timely and in a cost efficient manner by preparing WBS, Gantt chart and timeline. I was excited to carry out data analysis which helped me broaden the knowledge on the particular subject matter.The most challenging part of carrying out this research was time constraints and the strength was to available resources, talented team members, tutors and effective communication skills.
