It includes a review of six articles that discuss the latest research and techniques for improving mental health outcomes. The articles cover topics such as the role of neuroscience in cognitive therapy and person-centred therapy for depression, the importance of training and education for counsellors, and the use of neuroimaging techniques in psychotherapies.
