Individual team member’s behavior impact
Individual team member’s behavior helps to determine the tasks. The project manager is
accountable to assign specific role to different team members based on the expertise, previous
knowledge and skills. A project is considered successful only when it is completed within the
boundary line of scope, quality, time and budget.
The finance manager’s responsibility is to conduct feasibility analysis and ensure that the
project will give on-time and quality delivery expected by clients. The resource manager need to
allocate resources for individual activities and the project manager should monitor the activities
and control them according to requirements. If the above mentioned roles are properly played by
human resources then, easily the project will deliver expected outcomes.
