INTRODUCTION
The project of Installation of New Information Technology Center had been developed for
forming the foundation of the efficient and better communication center installation for the
organization. The involvement of the processes was installed for easing the execution of the
information processing using the New Information Technology Center. The charter
documentation had been developed for aligning with the compilation of the efficient and smart
information processing. The use of the proper management plan documentation was helpful for
easing the flow of information and listing the taking care of the efficient and smart processing
network. The information technology installation was supported by the use of the smart and
efficient plan installation. The document had served as an initial project plan documentation for
easing the progress of the project.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The implication of the better New Information Technology Center was required for making sure
that the information access and storage can be done more efficiently. The main purpose of the
project was aligned for supporting the implementation of the factors defining the using of the

SCOPE STATEMENTS
The new IT center was efficiently developed with the aim for easing the information installation
and taking care of the activities. The installation had been done with the help of proper project
management processes and information installation. The project scope can be divided into in
scope and out of scope. The following table would highlight the in scope and out scope items of
the project of new IT center installation,
In Scope: The in scope items are those items of the project that was one of the major deliverable
for the project. The project activities would involve these elements and it is very important for
ensuring the completion of the project. The Construction of infrastructure, Installation of the new
equipments, Project Plan Documentation, Resource Management Plan, Procurement Plan, and
Closure Report are the in scope items of the project.
Out of Scope: The out of scope are those items that are not a part for this project and do not
form any direct impact on the project. The Transportation Cost and Recruitment plan are not a
part of this project are the out of scope items of the project.
Scope Statement: The project scopes for using the project management principles and
developing the efficient using of the operations for easing the information center installation with
the help of innovative technology. The ease of information transfer would also allow the
improvement of the factors defining the successful foundation of operations.
STAKEHOLDERS AND KEY PERSONNEL
PROJECT ORGANIZATION
The project requires the support and installation using the efficient and better IT center for the
organization. The organization had needed the probability of forming the system foundation and
installation. The new technology centre is required for easing the existing operations of the
organization and provides scope for better information transfer and installation. The activities
and operations of the organization was better with the foundation of the new center with all the

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
The project of installation of new information technology center was efficiently developed
aligning with the formation of the waterfall based project plan installation. The project program
has been developed using the waterfall model and it involves the sequential execution of the
project activities aligning with the formation of the smart project execution. The complete
program is divided into initiation phase, plan installation phase, design phase, installation phase,
inspection and testing, and closure. The explanation of these phases is given below,
Initiation Phase: The initiation phase involves the initial activities that results in initialization of
the project by collecting information and foundation of the functions supporting the execution of
the project. It comprises of requirement analysis, tender documentation, charter documentation,
resource accumulation, and reviews and signs off.
Plan Installation Phase: The plan installation phase was based on the foundation of the smart
processing and using of the factors aligning with the simplification of the efficient factors. It
includes the activities of activities are identified, scheduling of the activities, outline of the plan,
complete plan installation, and plan approval.
Design Phase: The design phase comprise of evaluation of the design principles and developing
design for both centre infrastructure and the IT equipment installation. The center design
includes the activities of hiring an architect, building design requirements are given, design
outline is made, complete design is developed, and design approval. The IT facility and
equipment design includes design platform is selected, IT equipment set up is designed,
complete set up is made, and IT set up approval.
Installation Phase: The installation phase involves the installation of the infrastructure and IT
technology set up. The construction activities would include hiring a contractor, center
infrastructure design is given, site clearing and leveling, ground works are made, infrastructure is
developed, roof works, interior is developed, painting of the walls, complete infrastructure is
developed, and construction work completion. The IT facility and equipment installation
includes equipments and devices are bought, installation plan is followed, equipments and
devices are installed, set up is reviewed, and set up work completed.

Inspection and Testing: In this phase, the developed functions was evaluated and tested for any
errors. The activities include in this phase are alpha testing, beta testing, simulation, trial and
error method, safety installation review, and inspection and testing completed.
Closure: The final phase of the project resulting in closing the execution of the project activities
including final documents are made, review and sign off, and closed.

The work breakdown is the representation of the project in specific work packages comprising of
the activities required for the project schedule. The work packages of the project include
