INTRODUCTION
Self-appraisal being in the health and social care services becomes a way to evaluate a
person’s own performances, strengths and weaknesses for the improvement of NHS
services of the UK. In this assignment, my role would be as an NHS staff member is really
being critical to evaluate the diverse contrasts for preparing my self-appraisal form. Being in
the social care sector we should be well aware of the responsibilities of the sector. This
assignment is being made with a view to assessing an understanding of own responsibilities
and performance in the social care workplace. The skills required for making the
performance appraisal are exchangeable, relational, communication and leadership skills. It
is one of the important responsibilities of NHS service provider to serve with the excellent
services and superiority care to the service user.
