NIKE1 Introduction In this report, the discussion is made on the topic of marketing of particular product. Nike sneakers have been purchased. In this report, analysis has been done on the product of Nike by using the business tool such as SWOT Analysis. Overview of company Nike, Inc. is an American multinational corporation that is engaged in manufacturing and worldwide marketing of footwear’s, equipment’s, accessories, and services. It is one of the largest supplier of athletic and apparel. Nike is a growing company and it is world largest sneaker company (Nike, 2018). Demand of the Nike sneakers is high as compare to the other competitors in the sneaker market. The main focus of the company is on its Nike sneakers as it offers the new designs and unique features. It has been seen that it is a first preference of consumers in sneakers. It can be used for multipurpose as it provides the comfort for gym and it can also wear in parties and functions as per its designs. The quality of these shoes influences me to purchase the Nike sneakers in $ 100. SWOT analysis Strength It is one of the strong brands in sportswear brand in the world. Mission and Vision statement The vision statement of the company is to remain the most authentic, distinctive and connected brand in the market. The mission statement of the company is to bring the inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world (Smithson, 2019). Nike Sneakers have unique features such as herringbone pattern and solid rubbers that provide the comfort to consumers. The unique features of the sneakers help to influence me to take the decision to purchase the product. It is observed that the distribution channel of the organisation is strong as it has the large number of stores in the different locations. It was very easy for me to buy the product from its retailing shops as per its strong distribution channel. Staff of retailing outlets was also helped me to buy the product by showed the variety of designs. The design of the sneaker is able to fulfil my demand in the terms of design and comfort. Satisfying the demand develops the connection between the consumers and the company and that is how the product states the vision statement.
NIKE3 Conclusion From the above analysis, it has been concluded that the decision to buy the Nike sneaker is a right decision. It is a right choice for the consumer to buy the product in $ 100.
