INTRODUCTION
To grow a business in right direction managers of a company needs to recognize, predict
and dealt with the changes in market environment. Successful business organization creates large
amount of employment opportunities that helps the organization to achieve potential growth.
Successful business are capable to maintain financial viability within an organization. They also
have an ability to produce desired outcome for project because they invest huge amount of
money towards the successful accomplishment of project. If the project is not successfully
implemented that time it causes the failure factors that affects the business operations. The
present research is based on managing a successful business project, it is based on CSR activities
of an organization; Nisa case study is taken in to consideration. It is one of the top leading
business chain in UK where it has been offered wide range of product and services to customers
at affordable prices. The project management is the process of planning, organizing, staffing and
controlling all over activities of a project. The primary objective of project manager is to obtain
project goals within an allocated resources. Project manager are highly responsible towards the
effective handling of risk that is associated with the project activity so that manger break down
the entire project in to a small activity that can handle effectively. Nisa project activities are
related to CSR activities (Doherty, Ashurst, and Peppard, 2012).

P1 Aim and objective of Nisa project
Project management is the application of require skill, knowledge, process and methods
towards the successful accomplishment of desired project objective (Turner, and Zolin, 2012).
Various tools and techniques are to be used for the successful completion of certain objective.
Project management involves core elements like time, cost and quality of certain project process.
Nisa business organization heavily focused on continuous improvement and development in the
existing product line it helps in to maintain sustainable competitive advantage in market place.
The quoted enterprise is more passionate about their strategic goal and work activities. Nisa
organization are working towards the creativity and innovative in their existing product line that
helps in to generate more revenue and maintaining sound relationship with their charity

members. The main objective of Nisa is that to conduct research program in context to CSR
activities:

Background of the study- Nisa corporate social responsibility is to provide wide range of
product and services to customer at a affordable prices in order to increase their standard of
living in terms to give valuable contribution in society. Nisa organization functions and
operations are under consideration of society welfare because every firm have a responsibility to
give valuable return to society (Reich, Gemino, and Sauer, 2012). Nisa organization makes
contribution in society by performing various activities like some part of company profit are
invest in the welfare of society such as gives free education and healthy food to poverty people
and gives some donation to charity firm. Nisa organization creates employment opportunities,
delivering the quality of services to customers and take care about the surrounding environment
etc. Concept of CSR must be followed by all king of business organization because they have an
ability to create wealth in a society and gives major contribution to country economy. All the
firms are actively participate in CSR activities that helps in to present better image of business
concern in front of the society. Besides this, firm performs its CSR activities by performing their
responsibility towards society to protect them.

P2 Preparing project management plan
Project management plan of Nisa consist with the number of activities that are performed
for the purpose of set objectives so that it is necessary to prepare the plan in a proper way to
achieve objectives. Project manager construct the project plan under the consultant with project
team members and their key stakeholders. Planning is the advance before constructing and
executing it. Planning process establish the objective and scope of the project along with
defining the certain course of actions which are required towards the attainment of organization
objective. Planning process analyze the various factors about the successful completion of
project. It includes various factors of project management plan like where to do it, how to do it
and when to do it etc. Effective planning process includes the arrangement and efficient
allocation of resources according to assigned task and responsibilities (Sheffield, and Lemétayer,
2013).
Effective planning process helps in to manage different task and activities in a proper
manner so that work can move towards the right direct to effective accomplishment of
organizational objective. Project planning are construct on the basis of several aspects like time,
schedule, budget, available resources, scope and tools or methods which helps the organization
towards the accomplishment of desired task. Tools and methods are to be used for analyzing the
risk and maintains the appropriate communication channel for effective project management.
Planning process arrange all these aspects in systematic and sequential order towards the
accomplishment of entire project in a desired manner. Risk analysis is one of the most crucial
task in planning process because it must be analyzed in a most effective way in order to
effectively resolve it. Planning process is the effective management of whole activities in order
to obtain desired outcome. Through this process manager of company determines the output well
in advance by proper management of whole activities with their associated outputs. Performance

criteria and benchmark for the performance measurement. There are several parameters are to be
used such as schedule baseline, scope baseline and cost baseline etc all these parameters helps in
to measure the ongoing activity performance. Project management plan are construct under the
various aspects like project scope management, project time management, project cost
management, project quality management, human resource management and projection
communication management. All these factors are under considered for the successful
implementation of plan. Project manager of Nisa spend significant amount of time in ensuring
that established baselines are effectively achieved or not.

P3 Developing the work break down structure and Gantt chart
Work break structure consist with the breaking of whole plan activities in to a small
manageable task (Reich, Gemino, and Sauer, 2012). The project team of Nisa breaks their whole
business activities under the various department like HR department, Finance department and
marketing department, It identifies the major functional deliverables and subdividing these
deliverables in to smaller subsystems and sub deliverables so that their activities are easily
manageable. Work break distinguishes whole activities in different task and all are identical to
each other, it also provides structure to individual task and activity according to the sequence of
each task and activity towards the accomplishment of project plan. It helps in to understand each
task functional activity with their probable outcome. The work break down structure has a
number of benefits in addition to defining and organizing the project work. Allocation of budget
are on the basis of entire project phenomena where departmental budget are derived from each

project work break down structure. Work break down structure divides the whole work in to
small tasks with their individual allocated resources and specific time period for each task
according to the schedule of each task. It also helps in to identify the individual potential risk
within a specified task in a given project. Nisa organization divides their CSR activities in to a
smaller task so that they can be effectively executed with less confusion and duplication of work
activities. In addition to this work break down structure divides the work in to smaller task and in
systematic manner so that all the activities are executed along with specific time and schedule

collection process. Data analysis is done after the data collection. It can be done through
quantitative and qualitative method. Through the qualitative method. thematic analysis of
collected data are to be performed which can be represented by various graphs, charts and tables.
Nisa collected their CSR activities data by primary data collection method through the survey
method. Data collection is the one of the most important stage in research process. Data can be
collected by two methods one is primary and other one is secondary data collection method.
Researcher needs to use right data collection method and techniques in order to get right data for
research study (Somsuk, and Laosirihongthong, 2014). In primary data collection method where
information are collected afresh and are not use by someone else in previous time. In secondary
data collection technique where data are already collected by some one else, it is usable data, it
can be collected from books, journals and through previous articles. Descriptive type of research
it describes the nature of data that can be qualitative and quantitative types. Primary data
collection method are of different types like interview, survey and observation method. Nisa
organization uses survey method for primary data collection. Data are collected through the

society. The present research is totally based on effective data collection techniques along with
efficient analysis of research program. Data collection technique and analysis method are
effectively arranged by the managers of Nisa company (Myers, 2013). During the research study
researcher has find out some drawbacks and weaknesses so that they are necessary to develop
some key factors towards the improvement in the effective implementation of CSR activities by
the best suited department. The major issues are noticed by the Nisa is lack of participation by
women employment in decision making and CSR activities. It shows the lesser ratio compare to
male ones. On the major issue are considered by the manager of Nisa is effective CSR activities
is not implement by the HR department because it is the most suitable department foe CSR
activities.
Cited firm fosters the engagement ratio of women employment in decision making process or
CSR activities with the help of HR department. HR department are much flexible for CSR
activity because it has an ability to foster the better implementation of policies and activities of
an effective CSR activity. Owners and managers are less responsible towards the implementation
of successful CSR activities in order to gain sustainable competitive advantage over their
competitors.

P7 Reflection of report
This report is basically based on successful business project which one helps in to
understanding the successful CSR policy of Nisa retailer organization. It plays an important role
for the corporate business world. Under this report primary data collection techniques are to be
used for data collection and questionnaire method are to be used for analyzing the collected data.
This report also uses work break structure and Gantt chart for effective representation of each
activities (Kelly, Male, and Graham, 2014). It helps in to identify the risk which one is associated
with individual task or activity. It describes the actual condition of CSR activity in an
organization. From the stated report i analyze that implementation of CSR activities gives
positive results and valuable things in return to society. HR department is best suited department
for the effective implementation of CSR activities of an organization. Current organization also
faces the less participation by the women employment in CSR activities.
CONCLUSION
From the stated report, it can be concluded that business project needs to be developed
according to proper time scale and use of work break down structure hat helps in to identify
activities in advance and proper allocation of resources. From this we can assess the the risk
involved in task and activities of whole project which can be effectively predicted in advance
and gives proper solution. CSR activity is important for an every organization it represents the
organization concern towards the society (Mathur, Mathur, and Kenyon, 2012). Researcher
faces various difficulties during the research study is the lack of time period which are not
sufficient for the whole research study so that Nisa must be give optimum time slot according to
research task and activities. During the research period managers of Nisa recognized that HR
department is much more flexible towards the successful implementation of CSR activities.
