of an organization; Nisa case study is taken in to consideration. It is one of the top leading
business chain in UK where it has been offered wide range of product and services to customers
at affordable prices. The project management is the process of planning, organizing, staffing and
controlling all over activities of a project. The primary objective of project manager is to obtain
project goals within an allocated resources. Project manager are highly responsible towards the
effective handling of risk that is associated with the project activity so that manger break down
the entire project in to a small activity that can handle effectively. Nisa project activities are
related to CSR activities (Doherty, Ashurst, and Peppard, 2012).

This report is basically based on successful business project which one helps in to
understanding the successful CSR policy of Nisa retailer organization. It plays an important role
for the corporate business world. Under this report primary data collection techniques are to be
used for data collection and questionnaire method are to be used for analyzing the collected data.
This report also uses work break structure and Gantt chart for effective representation of each
activities (Kelly, Male, and Graham, 2014). It helps in to identify the risk which one is associated
with individual task or activity. It describes the actual condition of CSR activity in an
organization. From the stated report i analyze that implementation of CSR activities gives
positive results and valuable things in return to society. HR department is best suited department
for the effective implementation of CSR activities of an organization. Current organization also
faces the less participation by the women employment in CSR activities.
CONCLUSION
